Yes, we have tie-ups with many insurance companies for cashless mediclaim but the process is that a pre-approval needs to be obtained from the company before surgery. So kindly bring your policy document if possible when you come for consultation so that we can do the needful. The companies with whom we don't have cashless tie-ups still grant our hospital claims for which we will prepare the file and assist you.
Yes we have round the clocks qualified doctor's on duty, who can attend in emergency even at night and if required urologist can come over.
Please note that we prefer appointments and we try to attend you at the given time but sometimes it's not possible, as we might be busy with some emergency or other surgery or we might have to give preference to some emergency patients. So please co-operate and understand that we are trying our best to give you minimum waiting time.
